# Nextify > Nextify provides virtual machines, secure VMs and GPU VMs, with block and object storage and private networking. Every instance gets a real public IPv4 address, and every machine has one published price in each region. Nextify runs virtual machines with shared or dedicated AMD EPYC vCPUs, confidential computing VMs with encrypted guest memory (AMD SEV-SNP), and GPU VMs with AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 cards. Every plan runs on NVMe SSD, alongside block and object storage, private networking and load balancers, and every price is published per region. Nextify is a service of **Nexus Projects AI Corp**, the registered company that operates it. The company runs its own network, [AS403161](https://whois.arin.net/rest/asn/AS403161), registered with ARIN under Org ID [NPAC-1](https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/NPAC-1). One price per machine per region, billed by the hour with a monthly cap. GPU machines are priced all-in. No sales call needed to see a number: the catalog is public and the website reads it live. - Compute is billed for the time an instance runs; a stopped instance is not billed for compute. - An instance never costs more than its monthly price in a billing period. Its NVMe SSD boot disk is part of the plan. - Resizing an instance to a larger or smaller plan changes its price to the new plan's from the moment of the change. Growing the disk is permanent: a disk cannot shrink, so afterwards you can only move to plans with at least that disk size. Keep the disk to keep smaller plans available; the price is the plan's either way. - Each plan includes a monthly transfer allowance, pooled across your account's instances. Outbound transfer beyond it is billed per GiB; inbound transfer and traffic on your private networks are free. - Block volumes and snapshots are billed per GB-month from creation until you delete them. - Load balancers are billed per node for the hours they exist, never more than the monthly price per node; their public IPv4 address is included. The prices below were read from the live catalog on 2026-11-02, in US dollars. Compute is billed by the hour, never more than the monthly price shown in a billing period. The [pricing page](https://www.nextifynow.com/pricing) always shows the current prices. ## Plans and prices in US West 1 (us-west-1) - [Shared vCPU](https://www.nextifynow.com/products/virtual-machines): from $3.95/mo ($0.0054/hr), 10 plans. Use a read-only deploy key for private repositories, pass settings and secrets as environment variables, read the deploy's output, and redeploy after each push. - [Resize an instance: move to a larger or smaller plan](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/resize-an-instance): Move an instance to another plan of the same line, up or down in vCPUs and memory: choose whether to grow the disk (growing is permanent), see what applies live and what needs a restart, and how the new price is billed. - [Snapshot schedules: automatic snapshots with their own retention](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/snapshot-schedules): Take an instance's snapshots automatically, hourly to yearly, and keep each set as long as you want: daily for weeks, monthly for a year, yearly for years. Each schedule deletes only the snapshots it took. - [Start a server from a one-click app](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/one-click-apps): Create an instance with WordPress, Gitea, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Redis or another app installed at the first boot. Choose the app and a plan, save the generated passwords, and finish the app's own setup. - [Startup scripts and secrets: set up a server at its first boot](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/startup-scripts): Give an instance a shell script or cloud-config that runs once at its first boot, pass it environment variables and encrypted secrets through /etc/nextify/env, sort instances with labels, and read the setup log to see how it went. - [Use the web console](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/use-the-web-console): Open a root terminal on a running instance from the browser, or the serial console when networking or SSH is broken. No SSH key or open port needed. - [Volumes and snapshots](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/volumes-and-snapshots): Add block storage to an instance, grow it, and take snapshots you can restore or build from. - [Getting started with load balancers](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/getting-started-with-load-balancers): Create a load balancer, point your domain at it, add instances on a private network as backends, and set up health checks and routing rules. - [Protocol Studio: custom protocol health checks, routing, field rules and live tracing](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/protocol-studio): Describe your own binary protocol as a pattern, then use it to check your servers' health, weigh them, route TCP and UDP connections by its fields, count its fields live on every packet, enforce field rules in the kernel (firewall, rate limits, bans, sticky sessions, canaries, mirroring, rewrites, latency by request id, alerts), and trace and debug live traffic on your load balancer. - [Billing and pricing](https://www.nextifynow.com/kb/billing-and-pricing): How Nextify prices machines and add-ons, what is metered, and how a month of usage adds up. ## Company - [About Nextify](https://www.nextifynow.com/about): Nextify is a general-purpose cloud for virtual machines, secure VMs and GPU VMs, operated by Nexus Projects AI Corp. - [Contact](https://www.nextifynow.com/contact): How to reach the Nextify team for sales, technical support, billing questions, abuse reports and partnerships, by email or from the portal. ## Optional - [Full text](https://www.nextifynow.com/llms-full.txt): This file, plus every plan per region and the full text of the Knowledge Base articles. - [Blog](https://www.nextifynow.com/blog): News, product updates and engineering notes from the Nextify team: virtual machines, secure VMs, GPU VMs, storage and networking. - [Terms of Service](https://www.nextifynow.com/legal/terms): The terms for Nextify's cloud services, website, portal and API: accounts, hourly billing and payment, your content, suspension and liability. - [Privacy Policy](https://www.nextifynow.com/legal/privacy): What personal information Nextify collects, how it is used and shared (including ad measurement), cookies, retention, and your privacy rights and choices. - [Acceptable Use Policy](https://www.nextifynow.com/legal/acceptable-use): What may not be done with Nextify services: illegal content, network abuse, spam, unauthorized security testing and resource abuse, and how to report abuse. - [Referral Program Terms](https://www.nextifynow.com/legal/referral-terms): Terms of the Nextify referral program: 10% of what referred customers pay in their first 12 months, the 30-day hold, payouts and promotion rules.
